- Training staff across the country during the formation of a national design group. Part of a small Atlanta group that grew into KPMG’s NDPPS (National
- Design Presentation and Proposal Services) group. Went from 3 employees to over 400 nationwide.
- Helping set firm-wide graphic and production standards and guidelines to assure consistent company look and message.
- For large high-profile clients creating custom looks and creative approaches to proposal requirements, including multi-media, video, field trips, etc.
- Created standard quick-and-dirty solution-based templates for use by consultants..
- Part of SWAT team called in on high-profile million dollar plus proposals. Some of these efforts individually led up to $70 Million dollar contracts and averaged $100 Million in additional revenue to the firm a year. These high-stress war room efforts often included onsite work and sometimes around-the-clock teamwork for weeks at a time.
- Partner meeting and board presentations and proposals, I became the “go-to” person for many senior partners and board members, who often commented that I had was able to shape their vague ramblings into “exactly what they had meant to say”.
- Producing marketing proposals for sales efforts, aside from the national efforts, our office was constantly working on all efforts in the Atlanta area.
- Producing RFP responses, often for complex and intricate government contracts.
- Producing consulting deliverable/performance reports to assure clients of effectiveness of ongoing consulting work.
- Created a FilemakerPro database with custom interfaces to track work, and generated needed reports. This was eventually used nationally.
